Shipping Coverage
Trendphoria ships to all major countries worldwide. Confirmed orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. We operate and dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding second Saturdays, and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at the checkout stage. Rates are calculated based on either the dead weight or volumetric weight - whichever is higher, in accordance with the courier partner’s calculation methods.
Trendphoria reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice. Any updates will reflect on the product page and during the checkout process.
From time to time, Trendphoria may offer free shipping promotions, subject to specific terms and conditions. These offers are time-bound and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
Estimated Delivery Time
- For most countries, delivery is expected within 7–10 business days post-shipment.
- For certain regions like Mauritius, delivery may take up to 20–25 business days.
Please note: Trendphoria is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather disruptions, local protests, customs clearance, or public holidays in the delivery country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email to your registered email address containing the courier partner’s name and the tracking number.
If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of dispatch, please check your spam/junk folder. Tracking information may take up to 24 additional hours to become active after dispatch.
Non-Availability at Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If undelivered, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Please ensure your mobile number is accurate in the shipping address to assist timely delivery.
- Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable if the package is refused or undelivered.
- Re-attempted delivery will incur additional shipping charges and is not covered under the original delivery timeline.
Additional Charges
In certain cases, additional shipping fees (such as ODA – Out of Delivery Area charges or FSC – Fuel Surcharge Costs) may apply based on courier partner policies.
We will notify you in advance if any such charges are applicable. These must be paid before dispatch.
