Shipping Coverage

Trendphoria ships to most major countries worldwide. Confirmed orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and exceptional operational closures.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout whenever available.

In certain cases where shipping charges are not automatically available on the website, our team updates the shipping charges manually from the backend after the order is placed.

Courier charges are determined based on either:

  • Actual (dead) weight, or
  • Volumetric weight,

whichever is higher, as per courier partner calculation standards.

Trendphoria reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice. Any updated charges will automatically reflect during checkout or order processing.

From time to time, Trendphoria may offer promotional free shipping offers subject to specific terms, timelines, and eligibility criteria. Such offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary from country to country and depend on factors such as courier network, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and destination location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Weather disruptions
  • Flight delays
  • Local protests or strikes
  • Public holidays
  • Remote-area delivery limitations
  • Other unforeseen operational circumstances

Trendphoria is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, local taxes, import fees, VAT/GST, or destination-country clearance charges, if applicable, are to be borne by the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Import regulations vary from country to country, and buyers are advised to check local import rules before placing orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details along with the courier partner name will be shared on your registered email address.

If you do not receive the dispatch email within 48 working hours after shipment, please check your spam or junk folder.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 additional hours to become active on the courier partner’s website after dispatch.

Non-Availability at Delivery

Courier partners generally attempt delivery twice before returning the shipment back to origin.

To avoid delivery delays:

  • Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct and reachable.
  • Buyers are responsible for coordinating with courier partners if contacted for delivery support or customs clarification.

Forward and reverse shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where:

  • The shipment is refused by the customer
  • Delivery attempts fail due to unavailability
  • Incorrect address or contact details are provided
  • Customs clearance is not completed by the buyer

Re-dispatch of returned shipments will require additional shipping charges and revised delivery timelines.

Additional Shipping Charges

In certain situations, additional charges may apply based on courier partner policies, including but not limited to:

  • ODA (Out of Delivery Area) charges
  • FSC (Fuel Surcharge Costs)
  • Remote area charges
  • Address correction charges
  • Special handling fees

If any such charges are applicable, our team will inform you before dispatch. Additional charges must be cleared before shipment processing.

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines begin after dispatch, not from the date of order placement.
  • Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability or operational requirements.
  • Shipping timelines during sale periods, festivals, or high-volume seasons may be slightly longer than usual.
  • Trendphoria reserves the right to hold or cancel suspicious, high-risk, or unverifiable orders at its discretion.
