At Trendphoria, we offer a 2-day return window from the date of order delivery. If you experience any issues with the product, please notify us within 2 days. Be sure to include your Order ID in your message to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Our products are intended for business buyers only. Returns for personal use will not be entertained.

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products purchased from Sale or Discount sections are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • Returned product(s) must be: Unused and unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, freebies, and a copy of the original invoice, properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Poorly packaged returns may be rejected.

🎨 Shade & Batch Variations

  • We frequently reproduce top designs. Due to changes in weather, fabric mills, or dye lots, there may be slight shade difference across batches.
    These variations are normal and not considered defects, and therefore are not covered under our return policy.

  • 🎁 Offers, Coupons & Free Products
  • If any item from an order placed using a coupon or offer is returned, the discount will no longer be valid and will be deducted from the refund.
  • For offers like Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 Free, all associated products must be returned. Partial returns in such cases are not accepted.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@trendphoria.com with your Order ID and issue details.
  2. Our Customer Support team will assess the issue and contact you.
  3. Upon approval: (a) For domestic orders, pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address only. (b) If the wrong or damaged product is not available at the delivery address, the customer will need to self-dispatch the return.Ensure the product is ready for pickup, properly packed, and has tags intact.
  4. A clear parcel opening video is requested to validate claims.
  5. If the parcel appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately. Trendphoria will not be responsible for damage after acceptance.

💸 Refund Process

  1. Once the returned product is received and verified at our facility, a refund will be initiated within 48 working hours.
  2. All refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Voucher, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

📦 Partial Fulfillment Policy

  • If we are unable to fulfill part of your order:
  • Available items will be shipped.
  • Refund for unavailable items will be processed.

  • Trendphoria reserves the right to:
  • Reject return requests.
  • Discontinue services.
  • Deactivate accounts in cases of: Policy misuse, Fraudulent claims and Excessive returns (over 1%)
