Return Policy
At Trendphoria, we offer a 2-day return window from the date of order delivery. If you experience any issue with the product, please notify us within 2 days by emailing support@trendphoria.com along with your Order ID and issue details.
Important Notes
- No returns will be accepted for fitting issues.
- Our products are intended for business buyers only. Returns for personal use will not be entertained.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to slow sales, customer preference, market response, or change in buying decision.
- All items undergo stringent quality checks at different stages before dispatch to ensure a consistently positive experience for our buyers.
- A clear and uninterrupted parcel opening video from before opening the package is mandatory for claims related to wrong, damaged, missing, or defective products.
- Claims raised without proper parcel opening video may not qualify for approval.

Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products purchased from Sale or Discount sections are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- Returned product(s) must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, freebies, and a copy of the invoice.
- Products appearing used, ironed, washed, altered, repacked, or photographed for commercial use may not qualify for return approval.
- Poorly packed returns damaged during return transit may be rejected.
Shade, Print & Batch Variations
We frequently reproduce top-selling designs. Slight shade, print placement, embroidery, or fabric texture variations may occur across batches due to weather conditions, fabric sourcing, dye lots, or textile manufacturing processes.
Such variations are normal in the garment industry and are not considered defects under the return policy.
Offers, Coupons & Free Products
- If any item from an order placed using a coupon or promotional offer is returned, the applicable discount benefit may be adjusted from the refund value.
- For offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 1 Free, all associated products must be returned together. Partial returns are not accepted in such cases.
Return Process
- Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@trendphoria.com with your Order ID, issue details, and parcel opening video.
- Our Customer Support team will assess the issue and contact you.
- Upon approval, for domestic orders, pickup will be arranged from the original delivery address only.
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-dispatch approved returns.
- If the wrong or damaged product is not available at the delivery address, the customer will need to self-dispatch the return.
- Ensure the product is properly packed and ready for pickup with tags intact.
Important: If the parcel appears tampered, damaged, or open at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and inform us immediately. Trendphoria will not be responsible for damage claims raised after delivery acceptance.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and verified at our facility, the refund process will be initiated within 48 working hours.
- Refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credit / Gift Voucher redeemable on future purchases at Trendphoria.
Partial Fulfillment Policy
If we are unable to fulfill part of your order:
- Available items will be shipped.
- Refund or store credit for unavailable items will be processed accordingly.
International Orders
For international shipments, customs duties, local taxes, import regulations, customs clearance delays, or destination-country procedures are beyond Trendphoria’s control and responsibility.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, customs processing, or operational disruptions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only till the next 9:30 AM IST after placing the order. Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled, modified, or combined with other orders.

All return approvals are subject to management discretion. Trendphoria reserves the right to:
- Reject return requests
- Discontinue services
- Restrict or deactivate accounts in cases of policy misuse, fraudulent claims, excessive returns, repetitive dispute patterns, suspicious activity, or operational abuse.
