Currently we support 2 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us within 2 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID in the message.

We srtictly do not entertain customers buying for personal use. And we do not entertain returns for fitting issues.

All our products pass through stringent quality checks to ensure positive experience to all our customers.

Kindly note sale and discount section articles are not covered for replace and refund requests.

Please note that the product(s) should be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer. 

Return Process

Steps to raise return request-

  • Notify our team with in 2 days of product delivery and share the issue particulars at
  • Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
  • On return approval, your packet will be collected (only the domestic orders) only from the address where it was delivered. Please keep the product ready with tags and packing intact. We cannot get the return pickup done and process the return/repplacement/refund if the wrong/damaged product isn't available at the delivered location. Customer needs to dispatch in this case.
  • Your exchange/refund will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse. 
  • We ask for clear video of parcel unpacking, if required.
  • If the parcel is not in intact condition, please refuse to receive the same. from the courier. Trendphoria will not take the responsibility for the same if customer accepts the damaged parcel or if the packing of the parcel isn't intact.

Refund Process

As the return package is received at our address, refund will be initiated within 48 working hours basis the return policy. Refunds will be made in form of Gift Voucher that can be used on our site to make payments towards further purchases.

Partial Fulfillment Scenario

We strive to provide the best experience to all our customers and are always dedicated to achieve the same. In any unfortunate case, wherein we are unable to fulfill the complete order; the amount towards pending articles will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated as mentioned in Refund Process above. Available articles will be fulfilled and shipped.


This policy is for the benefit of our buyers and support them in their business. Acceptance of return requests is at the discretion of management. If the buyer is found to misuse the policy, we reserve the right to reject return request and discontinue services and/or block account of such users, who are found to be misusing or exploiting these policies or making fraudulent requests; without prior notice.

In case of more than 1% returns for any customer; the account will be deactivated.
