Is there any quality guarantee on the products we sell?
All our products go through stringent quality checks at different stages of production. However, in an unlikely event of manufacturing defect, products are exchanged free of cost, if reported within the timeline mentioned in return policy.
How much time does it take to deliver the order?
Domestic Orders - It takes 3 to 5 working days to deliver single/two pieces order which are dispatched by Air, and 5 to 12 days for bulk orders dispatched through surface. It can take longer in exceptions like strike, heavy rush due to festivals, bad weather, etc.
Exports Orders – Export orders sent by courier take 5 to 25 days’ depending on the country. These orders are delivered at the doorstep of the customer. Import duty if applicable, is paid to courier at the destination port.
Can we have domestic bulk orders also dispatched by air?
Yes, by paying extra; customer can have their domestic bulk orders dispatched by air. Customers need to inform us in advance for this request.
Can I pay for my orders by cards?
Yes, you can pay by cards, but an extra 4% to 5% of the total amount is added as card surcharge for card payments.
How can we stay updated about new launches, schemes and other important announcements ?

How Can I Track the Order?
Order tracking details can be found in 'My Account' section against each of the order, and the same are shared also through automated email once the order is dispatched.
What is the Return Policy?

Will you be sharing the invoice for every order with end customer as well?
Yes. we share invoice with the bulk orders being dispatched to our buyers. However, for card payments surcharge, you need to ask for the invoice for the extra surcharge payment.
Can I cancel my Order?
Once the order is placed, the cancellation can be requested before next 9:30AM IST after the order is placed.
