How can I start & place my first order?

If you are a business buyer, you can visit www.trendphoria.com and create a free business account. Once we approve your account, you will be able to see the wholesale rates and allowed to place the order. It’s as easy to place order as placing on any other online portal. Resellers can give their customers address in shipping option, if they want orders shipped directly to their customers.

  

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

COD with 20% advance payment is available only for domestic orders of above INR 5000.  A fee of 2% is charged on total order value for COD orders. Please select COD with 20% Advance option for COD orders at checkout. Payments of 20% token money needs to be paid directly to company account reflecting after selecting this payment option.

Please note that the payment for all the orders eligible for bulk discount, should be made directly into company account mentioned at checkout. Please select payment option Off-Site Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit) for these orders.

 

Is there any quality guarantee on the products we sell?

All our products go through stringent quality checks at different stages of production. However, in an unlikely event of manufacturing defect, products are exchanged free of cost, if reported within the timeline mentioned in return policy.

 

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

Domestic Orders - It takes 2 to 5 working days to deliver single/two pieces order which are dispatched by Air, and 4 to 10 days for bulk orders dispatched through surface. It can take longer in exceptions like strike, heavy rush due to festivals, bad weather, etc.

Exports Orders – Export orders of upto 1000 units are sent by courier and take 4 to 10 days’ time depending on the country. These orders are delivered at the doorstep of the customer. Import duty if applicable, is paid to courier delivery person. For orders above 1000 units, we dispatch through forwarding agents which costs 20% to 50% lower than the courier cost, but customer needs to pay import duty to local authority directly and hire a local agent to seek help in custom clearance and delivery at doorstep.

 

Can we have bulk orders also dispatched by air?

Yes, buy paying extra customer can have their bulk orders dispatched by air. Customers need to inform us in advance for this request.

 

How can we stay updated about new launches, schemes and other important announcements ?

Please save our broadcasting numbers available with your account executive and enter correct email IDs while creating account, to get the importance communications. Besides, you can follow our Facebook and Instagram pages to stay tuned about new launches.

 

How Can I Track the Order?

Order tracking details can be found in 'My Account' section against each of the order, and the same are shared also through automated email and SMS once the order is dispatched .

Will you be sharing the invoice for every order with end customer as well?

No, we share invoice only with the bulk orders being dispatched to our buyers only. For resellers orders which are dispatched directly to reseller’s customers we don’t send invoice, ensuring your customer don’t come to know about the products wholesale rate.

 

Does Trendphoria deliver to every pin code?

We ship orders to over 19000 pin codes all over India and 220 countries across the globe. If any of the national carrier delivers at your address, assume we have covered your pin code too. For domestic orders, you may check service availability at your pincode in this list.

 

Being a reseller can I use my name as 'Seller' when we ship orders directly to our end consumer?

For domestic orders, you may send parcels with your name. Visit the cart page, after adding products. Add the details in 'Special instructions for seller' section at the bottom of the page. Here mention the name as 'From: Your Name, Business Name, Phone Number' Ensure this is less than 90 characters. We will add these details in 'From' section of shipping label.

 

Does Trendphoria share It’s contact details on dispatched orders? If yes, What if our end customer tries to call Trendphoria directly?

As per the compliance, our mobile number is mentioned on the shipping label. However, we don’t take sales calls on this number.
