Is there any quality guarantee on the products we sell?

All our products go through quality checks at different stages before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing defect, the product is exchanged free of cost if reported within the timeline mentioned in our return policy.

Can I pay for my orders by card?

Yes, card payments are accepted with an additional 5% surcharge on the total order amount.

Can I mix designs, sizes and colours in MOQ?

Yes, you can mix different designs, sizes and colours to complete the minimum order quantity requirement.

How long does dispatch take?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, dispatch timelines may be slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide and regularly dispatch bulk orders to multiple countries through trusted courier partners.

Are all products shown on the website always available?

Our inventory is updated regularly. However, due to high order volumes, some products may occasionally go out of stock before order processing.

What sizes are available in your products?

Size availability varies from product to product. Available sizes are mentioned on each product page.

Will the colour of the actual product be exactly the same as shown in images?

While we try to maintain accurate product photography, slight colour variation may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How can I track my order?

Order tracking details are available in the “My Account” section against each order. Tracking information is also shared through automated email once the order is dispatched.

Will you share an invoice for every order?

Invoice is shared on the registered email address as soon as an order is placed. The same can also be downloaded from the account backend. However, if you wish to claim GST input tax credit, please ask your account executive for the GST invoice.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently work on prepaid orders only.

Will I receive a GST invoice with my order?

GST invoices for input tax credit claims are shared on request basis.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or open parcel?

Please do not accept visibly damaged parcels without proper remarks on the delivery proof. We also recommend recording an unboxing video for quicker support resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, cancellation can be requested only till the next 9:30 AM IST after placing the order.
