Order Process during Lockdown
We have resumed domestic operations with limited coverage to Red, Green and Orange zones, as per directives from the government. Services in Hotspots will be unavailable. Kindly note the following points to understand the current process of placing orders:
- All orders will be placed with Offline Payment Mode and PayTM Gateway.
- Please validate if the delivery service is available at your desired PIN Code. Option for the same is available on each Product Page as well as Cart Page.
- For all orders valued at more than INR 5000, kindly initiate the payment via direct bank transfer and share transaction details with sales team. Bank details are as follows:
- On confirmation of offline payment, we will process the order and dispatch as per process. For payments made via PayTM Gateway, orders are automatically processed.
- Currently we are unavailable with Partial COD option.
Orders may take slightly longer than normal days due to challenges faced by carrier partners. Would request your patience and support to manage the same.
